Returns Policy
Due to the unique nature of our products results vary greatly from person to person and are dependent on a variety of conditions and the type of stains the user has. It may take a number of months to eradicate tough extrinsic stains. Therefore, we cannot refund purchases unless the product is defective.
However, The House of Mouth does offer a 30 day exchange back guarantee for all defective items provided that the product is returned in its original state which includes: the original tax invoice, all original packaging material, original manuals and instructions, vouchers, loyalty cards and any accessories that were supplied with the order. In no circumstances will partial returns be accepted.
Bleach trays and cases CANNOT and will not be refunded once the guard, tray or case has been placed in water, tampered, altered or removed from its original packaging. It’s the customer’s responsibility to initially pay for any return shipping costs. If after inspection, the product is deemed defective, the amount of the shipping cost may be partially or fully refunded on receipt of proof of the amount.
The refund will be limited to the cost of the item being returned to us via REGULAR mail only. If the item is sent to us via another method, such as express or registered post, a partial refund of only the actual regular mail cost will be refunded. Please note that during the PayPal Return Shipping Cost Promotion i.e until 31st July 2015 (see banner below) The House of Mouth will not be providing return postage refunds. Therefore, we strongly suggest taking advantage of PayPals current offer by clicking the promotional banner below or by visiting paypal.com.au/returns. All products eligible for manufacturer warranty claims must be taken up with the individual product manufacturer themselves. Retain your invoice for proof of purchase and contact the products manufacturer for further instructions on how to activate your claim.

Lost Parcels & Additional Shipping Information
The House of Mouth processing and packing system ensures the accuracy of package, handling and initial dispatch. During parcel preparation, the customer's details will be recorded with tracking numbers (if applicable).
Once the parcel has been dispatched to Australia Post or The House of Mouth’s Personal Delivery Team (some Gold Coast Orders only) for shipment, you will be notified via email and/or SMS. Customers with orders that are to be delivered by the ‘Personal Delivery Team’ will be notified and will receive an approximate day and/or time of delivery, either by email and/or SMS.
The House of Mouth accepts no liability for lost packages, incorrect addresses supplied at checkout, failed postal outlet pickup return to sender or any other customer or Australia Post error except when the customer’s name has not been entered into the customer shipping database. If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, it is the customer's responsibility to contact The House of Mouth directly.
The House of Mouth agrees to assist where possible and necessary after the claim has started. In the event of an incorrect address supplied during checkout, failed postal outlet pickup, return to sender or any other customer or Australia Post error The House of Mouth can arrange a resend of the original item via standard or regular eParcel post for a flat rate fee of $9.99. In the event of the original postage fee exceeding the $9.99 threshold the full original postage fee plus a $5 administration charge must be paid before the item is re-dispatched to Australia Post for re-delivery. This fee covers handling, additional postage costs and will provide tracking to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
