In Free Agent: The Perspectives of a Young African-American Athlete, Curran recounts his experiences in hopes that his story will help others who are facing similar crossroads in their journey of life, giving them the inspiration they need to overcome any obstacles they may encounter on the way to finding and attaining their dreams.
